Minor adjustment to all Bandits (Taking away a bit of AB)
Adding New quest info from the mayor
Adding gold for "Medicine for the Sick" ferry ride (to Rasmar only)
Adding options for "The Goblin Wars" quest reward
Adding clues about hidden quests in NPC's conversations (Guess you'll have to read everything now)
